Stadium Improvements ?

Recommended Posts

After all the hype and excitement of the Desso pitch and new scoreboard prior to the start of last season,

are there any major improvements happening to the stadium before the start of the next campaign.

Lick of paint here and there, especially the concourses as they are atrocious.

I would imagine the "new" badge will be placed on the outside of the Kop at some point as the old one was replaced by a Zebra claims banner last season! lol

Nothing more than maintenance until we get promoted then a new West stand.

Can't we at least have the cladding redone? Especially on the West, the West would look so much better with new blue cladding as it currently looks like a derelict factory.

It is baffling really that we have never painted or replaced the West Stand cladding.

There's not even a large area to cover. It's would be such a simple and inexpensive way to drastically improve the appearance of the stadium.

We're splashing out on a new oven, so the pies will stay warmer longer.

Why can't we all agree a brand of paint and colour blue, all go out and buy one

turn up with said paint and a ladder and get it whopped off, take no time at all

You'd have to sand blast the old paint off first, can't be painting over old flaky paint lol

A time lapse of the grass growing and the ghost in the boxes would be very much appreciated. Ta.

It will be interesting to see what they do with the white owl logo seats on the Kop.

Presumably they will be replaced.

This makes me think there are plans to flatten it in the near future else I'm sure DC would sort it now.

Structural Engineers have been rushed to Bramhall Lane to put forward plans to add several wide pillars to every stand.

Apparently fans have been complaining they can see too much of the action.
