ShaunO1
Good but should've been built on a different site. Eveything that is great about it wouldve been there wherever it was built. Everything that goes against it is as much due to the location as anything else. As much as they try with all the murals they cant trick us into thinking it has the history of the old place. SiJ
It's not about numbers, it's about enthusiasm and having some passion. Doesn't matter if Hull brought 25,000 or 90,000 - they were completely indifferent to the whole day, like it didn't matter. I just don't get that. Baldrick
I've been about 10 times now, mainly England games I'm always impressed, great tube links and well organised. Sat in a variety of priced seats, always had great view. Bit like watching subutteo when your high up in the top tier though What you couldnt beat yesterday for me watching my own team, all 3 tiers bouncing. A match for Cardiff in that respect Get used to it folks, We'll be back!

I got dropped off at the hull end of the ground and it was like a morgue round their. Could hear the wednesday fans in the distance which just got louder and louder as I made the way round. aeroswfc
Too expensive. If you sit too high up you can hardly see anything. But you can create a great atmosphere.
Groundhopping Owl
Didn't really like as much as I thought I would tbh: Awful to get to The PA was dreadful The view behind the goal was really poor, and I was in the lower tier I dread to think what it was like higher up Acoustics made it nearly impossible to get anything going (though the fecking band didn't help matters) Slightly daft complaint but it bugged me - no urinals in the gents' bogs? Not in the ones I went in anyway, meant the queues were stupid The prices, not that I ever expected anything different Generally over-commercialised and soulless On the plus side: As others have said, the flip side of the commercialisation was that the concourses were nice (the floor was a sticky mess but that's not really their fault) It does look really impressive as you drive up to it, it's bloody huge. wilson123
Thought it was good. Arrived by tube, straight down Wembley Way without any problems and walked straight through entrance K without any hold up; up the escalators and then served within five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the view for a £39 ticket. It was high up but a good view to see it all - probably isn't a bad seat in there tbh. Didn't have any issues with sound or stewards. To be honest, I walked off the tube into the ground and then the reverse - not too concerned what else is around the area.
MysticOwl
If you saw a toilet without urinals it was probably a female toilet converted into a men's.Things sometimes get changed depending on the demand (I used to work in the Millennium). Maybe they had previous issues with over crowding or something and decided to switch it up a bit.

This.Been at Sheffield Arena in a ladies toilet that had clearly been converted from a men's one for the event. Had a full wall of urinals with cones in front of them, I assume to stop us women getting curious
northeastowl
Was a decent experience overall. Transport was perfect, drove down and parked at Canons Park (free street parking) and got the tube to the stadium which took 5 minutes. Hotel booked just off Wembley way which was about 100 yards from my turnstile. Stadium itself is impressive from the outside. Inside concourses were huge, good range of food and drink but expensive and staff were worse than useless. View was perfect from 132 but as others said I couldn't hear the PA system properly not that I was bothered. Was incredibly hard to generate atmosphere due to everyone been out of sync. Hull fans were pathetic just didn't even seem bothered. I left bang on full time and Hull fans were already pouring out. Went into London for the night to drown my sorrows and again was brilliant, Transport pubs etc. Just got tube back to Canons Park ready for the long drive back home. Magnajoe
It was £5 23 years agoI expected at least £10. On the view I was up in top tier, was so far away from the action the game almost seemed to unfold in slow motion. If we were to return I would take lower tier over top tier for this reason. scram
Didn't really like as much as I thought I would tbh: Awful to get to It's one of the easiest grounds to get to in the country!
theowlsman
Thought the stadium was ok itself but Wembley the area is a sheeeite hole. Needs a link road, from the motorway, direct to the ground, specifically for football traffic. The infrastructure around the ground was terrible. Groundhopping Owl
It's one of the easiest grounds to get to in the country! By public transport yes, having made the mistake of getting a coach we sat for 90 minutes on the approach road trying to get out.

All the toilets have been converted then it seems. I went in 3. All standard format. Weird!
Adepizza
The ground itself is ok, especially the concourses, although there were morons smoking in the toilets and the stewards couldn't care less when informed. The location, however, is very poor. It took over an hour to get out of the coach park and the area around the ground on the whole is a real dump. Bolsterstone Owl
Thought it a bit soulless and sterile. Were under the canopy on lower level which really obscured views of other Wednesday fans, which sort of dulled it. Prefer a full Hillsborough any day. Eastleigh Owl
Thought the champagne was just not cold enough, maybe a couple of degrees out but the trio of salmon was a winner. The gammon was also a tad on the salty side
