Quickest way is to open about 50 tabs at once by quickly hammering alt+tab after you click "open in incognito mode", then going through all your tabs quickly. If you vote on one tab and refresh the next and you will see that it has already counted your vote and doesn't let you vote again. Could be why we're not pulling away.
