Eaton_Swfc
Phoned. They answered in less than a minute. Moved my tickets from row 5 of block 125 to row 19 block 134 - exactly where I wanted them. Can't fault them at all really.
EcclesallOwl
Was on quite near the front as we purchased early this morning but wanted to be further back in that block, rung up and explained and they moved us back where we wanted.Impressed!

Tamworthowl
A few points. It's simple. Ten min, and five were looking at seating options. There is no seating plan until you have selected, so if fussed and want a "view" before buying, open a seating plan from another site. Some blocks fall into two price categories. I think the lower tier, front, is cheaper than lower tier, back. Opposite for the top tiers. There is an order tracking facility. I input my reference and it say ticket not yet printed (or something like that). When blocks are selected, you will be seat and row numbers. lesbarbeux
Just a quick one. I've just bought mine, CAT 3 but it's put me row 5 in Block 125, and 125 is a higher CAT than what I've paid for. And also could you actually choose the block you wanted to be in, it wouldn't let me on my phone so I just took where it put me. Ta People are saying that if you ring them they are very helpful with sorting out things like this.
richowl
Picked secure delivery so if the worst comes to the worst I can prove the transaction and get the tickets reissued at Wembley. If you buy 8 will the tickets get delivered to the bookers address & only get charged once for postage?
dumboldowl
If a 67 year old Grandad can book tickets via this website (as I have just done - he says smuggly) then anyone can!! I'm a 76 year old, but unfortunately not a Grandad, with 490 points. If I am successful after 2.00pm then I too will be as smug as a very smug bug in a rug!!
