PortlandOwl
Smart move bringing him on at HT.Added steel and stability to a midfield which was pretty much overrun in the first half.
whatevertrevor
Soft booking, Played well. Would play him in final.
Guest wilyfox
Perfect substitution. Exactly who we needed out there second half.
Wath-owl
It was never a booking either. That ref was an absolute w*nker!
Guest Fedor
Agree, thought Lopez been superb lately but the game passed him by tonight. Needed Hutchs energy.
Earlsfieldowl
I still start with Lopez. Hull won't be nearly as full on as Brighton were tonight and he'll have more space and time to operate. Hutch to come on with half an hour to go if we are winning
owlZfan84
Ref was diabolical. He was desperate to send someone off, and after Loovens and Lees were booked after the first 5 minutes I feared the worse.
joelswfc
Changed the game. Would still start Lopez but fantastic option.
Cosmo
Showed more fight in the first 30 seconds than the entire team did in the first half

Swiss Toni
Hutch was a good substitution but there was no was that Brighton could have kept up that tempo for the second half at this stage of the season, plus there was no way we were going to be as poor on the ball two halves in a row. Daavies;
He completely changed the game. The fitness, quality and strength in depth of our squad shined through tonight. I'd give the lads a little 3-4 day break to rest and recover then train hard for the biggest match of our recent history. 12 days is going to feel like a life time. Wath-owl
Ref was diabolical. He was desperate to send someone off, and after Loovens and Lees were booked after the first 5 minutes I feared the worse. Clearly not or Kayal would have gone for that stonewall 2nd booking that the ref let him off with.
East Yorks Owl
I was cursing when he needlessly got booked for dissent, but I thought he played superb tonight. Hadn't played for 10 matches and found himself on a yellow, but played with some bottle and brains after that. Respect due Hutch.

Tommo_
Showed more fight in the first 30 seconds than the entire team did in the first halfBit harsh, Brighton threw the kitchen sink at the defence in the first half. Clearly out of steam and ideas from the start of the 2nd half. Edited May 16, 2016 by Tommo_SWFC
