General_Grievous
Something magical about night matches that kick off before dark. Or do you prefer it when it's fully dark when you get to the ground?

31Dec1966
Dark is better, especially when we had six floodlights and a neon sign on penistone Road

Guest mkowl
Much better than day matches in December that start in the dark that's for sure
FlyingOwl
Love Hillsborough as the sunsets, though the low sun vs MK Dons the other week was a pain in the arse before it eventually dropped below the West Stand before kick off. Slightly warmer temperatures, though it's a shame there weather we've had the past few days isn't going to hold out till Friday.

TomtheOwl95
I like night matches to be night matches, Ones in October to March time where its dark by 7PM. I'm sure lots of people have said it on here and I'm no different when I say there is something special about Hillsborough under the lights. Wolfmanjack
Stood at the top of the Kop (pre roof), in the days when the scoreboard was at the back of the Kop, watching a game under floodlights, was an outstanding experience.

It was, with the added bonus that you could look up in wonder at the stars, as we went 2-0 down and think, Why ? just Why ?
