Flat Owl
Brighton just scored vs Burnley and a round of polite applause trickles around the ground. We equalize in a meaningless end of season match away at Watford last year and Dave's goal was celebrated as if we had won the FA cup. To go to the game to celebrate a goal is what its all about and what you pay your money for isn't it?
FlyingOwl
Very bizzare supporters. Need to nod to Burnley as well....taken a good following but the majority are SITTING!

FlyingOwl
You dont sit on an away day. Uts just not right Went to Gillingham vs Barnsley in the away end this season & everyone sat. That said, Gills took 250 and no one even sat together You'd expect fans of a team like Burnley, top of the league, to have a bit more about them. Then again, they are top of the league & can do what they like

You're joking right. It was their championship game - pretty sodding important. We didn't cheer because we'd scored. We cheered because we ruined their day. We cheered because we ruined their day. True. But we'd have gone batshit crazy at a last minute equaliser on the final day regardless. Mixture of one last horrah, the drink, the sun & Nuhiu being the scorer. The hilarity of flipping it up for Watford, after pegging Bournemouth back couple of weeks before, just added to it. Guest Ferkorf
It should have finished 2-1 to wednesday if it wasn't for their fans. Cheating ##**$! did the fa ever fine them for that or did it not matter since we were mid table and didnt need those 2 points???

Ronio
we ruined their day. We ruined their day of getting promotion?, somehow I don't think we did.
Guest OwlFromHoyland
Their Soundtrack to promotion will forever be "AFC Bournemouth are top of the league!" The atmosphere at their 'party' wasn't quite as celebratory as ours a few years before

Where's the other 18,000 appeared from?
jamsandwich
We ruined their day of getting promotion?, somehow I don't think we did. They were going up as champions until that goal. It's like getting a chance to sleep with a fit bird. But then finding out she's got one *** bigger than the other. Cheered Jevs? half the away end ended up on the pitch.... I've still got the scars on my shins.
