Eightace
He is who he is. Doesn't seem like he craves attention even if he enjoys it. He's never bothered me in the 25 or so years he's been around for. Football isn't a bridge meet. Its always been a laddish environment and some people just enjoy themselves more than others. 1963owl
Can imagine his antics annoying the wee wee out of neutral England fans to be honest. He is pantomime character but he is OUR pantomime character. Hardly going to appeal to other fans. this is about right

archieswfc
Not a fan myself . What is more irritating than Tango though are his hangers on and that older version who is trying to steel some of his thunder. The other one who takes his top off has even given himself the name "Sheffield tango". Giving yourself the name is as lame as it gets. Get a grip man. quinnssweetshop
Each to their own. I've seen the bloke help an old fella up who'd fallen when others didn't give a damn and walk past. Says it all really. I have to put up with the missus when she's being crazy, but she has her good times
Ever the pessimist
Not a fan myself . What is more irritating than Tango though are his hangers on and that older version who is trying to steel some of his thunder. Yes! His little crew are the ones who make me laugh. Saw one a while ago shake hands with him as he was leaving, but then when he got 10 yards away have to yell over to him, 'see you tang' repeatedly whilst looking around to make sure people knew he was pals with the mighty tango. Guest
Or perhaps he was just being jovial and friendly. If you don't like the guy ignore him. You're all moaning about him being attention seeking and not watching the game but you're all obsessed by watching his every move. Watch the game not Tango. Ever the pessimist
By having to repeatedly call his name a few seconds after face to face saying goodbye to him? It was like Alan Partridge shouting 'dan'. As for being obsessed with watching him it was quite hard not to see him and his mob as they were sat directly in front of me. Ever the pessimist
Meh. Tell him to his face that his and his friends activities annoy you so much then. Ended up opposite him on a train to derby after a match last season. Told him I admired his dedication but asked him whether he felt a bit like the pied piper of Hamelin with all his crew following him about. He laughed. That the black guy who looks like him off undateables? No tall skinny guy with a flat cap on.

888
Everyone has a rite to go to the match and within reason blow off a little bit of steam , In the days of standing many a folk was like tango on the terraces jumping about and singing un audible songs Tango who has got to be up there with one of the most traveled supporters we have who really has given i bet every one a smile at games home and away fans alike he is worth 100 X praise for his support , compared to a glory hunter fan who will turn up every time we have a "glory match on " the sort who complains about getting beer on them at half time or complains about the man at the front with out his shirt on Or the fan that goes all the time who smashes his keyboard in all the time knocking the guy , not have to be confrontational but go over and have word with Tango and tell him he is spoiling the match day experience for you And could he keep the noise down and his distracting modelling stances as you're trying to concentrate on the game !! I'm sure he will stare at you and oblige for a while !!! Many a match Tango has been more entertaining than the teams we have churned out , He has never been aggressive to any other fans as far as i am aware anyway , but people have time to be negative about him So you are all aware his location in the ground at home games the same place he is pretty much season in season out if he gets up your nose that much try a new location in the ground there is about 31,000 seats to choose from and at away games try not to get a ticket at the front , its as simple as that
