dw_sheffwed
From a goalkick, what's all that about. Proves the refs and liners don't have a clue.

mattitheowl
It was a free kick, not a goal kick. Ref blew for a foul before it went out. Just not bothered...

alanharper
The most ridiculous incident last night was when we got a corner and their number 12 sprinted 20 yards to stand over the ball and prevent us taking it. The ref, of course, did absolutely nothing about it.

Also they seemed to think it was fine to pick the ball up and walk 10 yds with it everytime a decision was given against them. The ref seemed to agree with them
bigdan2003
The QPR delay tactics were in full flow last night, and the officials did nowt.

The ref seemed to agree with them And then they only added on 5 minutes at the end - despite all the cynical timewasting (they got a free kick outside our box whilst they were 1-0 up and it took them a minute and 15 seconds to actually take it), and the approx 3 minutes it took to bring on the Antichrist Graham Salisbury when the other ref just seemed to randomly walk off. Miffed
What about the offside they gave against us where the lino flagged 30 yards further up the field and not in line with the last man?
Guest
It was a free kick, not a goal kick. Ref blew for a foul before it went out. This. Some people were going mad! Must admit I was one of those going mad before I remembered he had blown for a free-kick. However, the guy headed the ball harmlessly out for a goal kick and so there was no need to blow for a free-kick. Giving a foul rather than a goal kick then evidently resulted in them gaining an advantage from that as we would not have been offside had he given a goal kick. 1 of a catalogue of errors from the whole team of officials last night. Ever the pessimist
And then they only added on 5 minutes at the end - despite all the cynical timewasting (they got a free kick outside our box whilst they were 1-0 up and it took them a minute and 15 seconds to actually take it), and the approx 3 minutes it took to bring on the Antichrist Graham Salisbury when the other ref just seemed to randomly walk off. That free kick - presumably the one where their player walked to our goal posts and kicked his studs on them a few times before slowly retreating back to take the free kick? Never seen that before. TANGLED UP IN BLUE
Added time did me,5 mins? We played 6 at Preston I'm sure, they time wasted from the start till the end, 3 subs, and it took that ref 5 mins to get his joggers off wtf. The ref, of course, did absolutely nothing about it. I'm a former ref and even I'm starting to think ref's have got something against us. Not sure why, or what the "agenda" is, but when I watch I game I try to see it from the ref's point of view. However, it's going beyond a joke and an occasional "bad ref". Sometimes, i really do wonder. Refs talk, too. I'll say no more.
DMX
What I can't work out is why the flip QPR want to waste time and play for a draw? They are smack bang in the middle of the table, no chance of anything happening with their season. At least try and entertain the handful of fans that have travelled up all that way on a Tuesday night.
owls maniac
The replacement ref clearly didn't want to have to make a decision. Can't recall him blowing for a foul in the 10 mins he was on the pitch.
Leaping Lannys Perm
I thought QPR came across as a very professional team in terms of their gamesmanship. The problem is, the ref did nothing to prevent it so things just played into their hands.
asteener1867
Its the continual inconsistency that does me...I mean I suppose the only consistent thing about it is..its continually inconsistent... When lee went down, it was "ohh I better not give another pen...the last ref already gave one"...Nuhiu consistently, obviously fouled time after time...gives nowt...the crowd get on his back...he gives one no f.ooker bayed for. That was a booking when the QPR player prevented the corner..its deliberate gamesmanship that....blatantly obvious...and totally ignored... Half the buggers can't keep up with play...I'm sure they blow the bleedin' whistle to get their breath back at times...
Carl Shutt is God
That moment when their player blatantly ran over and stopped us taking the corner summed it all up. The ref did NOTHING. As blatant cheating as you can get and a clear yellow but he didn't even say anything to the player. Neither ref tried to stop their time wasting at any point. Just let them do it time after time. latemodelchild
So it's not just me that think we're getting a raw deal with refs then? I thought I was being a bit of a conspiracy theorist but more and more people are seeing what I see. Week in week out Nuhiu is penalised for being fouled. Teams come to us and time waste, pontificate, kick balls away, walk away with balls at free kicks and generally run the clock down without a murmur from the myopic plank in the middle. We seem to miss out on every 50/50 decision and a fair few stonewallers. When was the last time we 'got away with one?' When was the last time a ref 'evened it out over the season' for us? It doesn't happen. I'm starting to sound like a pig fan.
