Guest Ellis Rimmer
Big mistake by Chansiri I reckon If he put the match at a normal price then he wouldn't have created such a stigma about ticket prices. The match most people were excited about put the floating fans we're trying to get off of going and they've probably not given going to the match a second thought since. Most Wednesday fans don't trawl the website looking at prices or discussing them on Owlstalk so they see the first match is a fortune, end of. They can't afford to go. Rule out going to watch Wednesday this season... I think many fans now just assume that it's too expensive for them to go to the match and so don't bother looking at the different categories, when they can afford to go etc, people aren't willing to put in this level of homework. When you're on Owlstalk you get caught up in a bubble, assuming all Wednesday fans know the ins and outs of the club. Ticket prices, next year's season tickets, every player we're linked with, what Carvalhal has said in the press, Vincent Sasso's birthday the other day. But it's simply not like that, most people don't care to that extent. So when Chansiri submits a statement explaining about all the different categories and that to get the best value if you aren't a ST holder you need the membership card etc, the vast majority of people this statement is aimed at aren't aware of it. This explains why a cheap(ish) match doesn't spike the attendance massively this season. Next season if there is a massive buzz about the club, put the match at a normal price, once you've got people hooked you can then raise the price of tickets. Even petty drug dealers know this basic pricing tactic.

Guest Ellis Rimmer
Whatever price fixtures like last night just dont interest the floaters..thats the way it is point i'm making is I doubt they even check now. Look at the amount of people that SUFC added to their gate when they were in the premiership. They will only be very loosely SUFC fans, it shows how much untapped potential there is for growth. Those people though will not be scouring the website looking for when the prices are at their cheapest.

If they cannot be bothered to look on Internet at the prices then ring the club up and ask the price. Do fans want a swfc employee to turn up at their house saying it's this much for this game? If I want a loaf of bread and milk from Morrisons, I either go to the store and look at price and decide if I want to buy or look on Internet to see price first or ring if I'm desperate! It's simple, the Bristol game is an excuse to beat the club with. Been nearly 20 games cheaper since.
Cersei
You don't give your consumer base excuses to not buy your product or blame them when they do. I do wonder what blue and white poopydoo flipping world some of you lot live in.

Cersei
It's not hard. Whose your client base? General folk on 15-35k salaries. How do they tend to purchase? Habitually and at convenience. Should be made as easy and convenient as possible and even if your product is a pile of poo poo, if you market it and make it convenient people will buy it and get on the habit. Look at how much bloody brown sugar water you can sell if you just shove it in people's faces at an affordable rate. What do our tickets cost? Don't know. What will they be next season? Don't know Where do you get them? Online, great, how much? With membership or without? What's a membership work out at? How many games does membership not give you a discount? Don't know. When someone has that impulse to go online and buy tickets you need one blockade for someone to bin it off. 39 quid on the north? Well it's 36 on the kop.... Oh right, but if you buy a member ship it's 31.... Every game? Well no we have all these categories you see.... Ya know what roger it. Rather be thirty.... Fourty... Thirty something up. Belfast Owl 2
If people don't want to go they will find excuses In the age we live in the old technophobe excuse doesn't work. If you won't go cause of it was £39 against Bristol City then that's mind boggling. No doubt all these people with no access will figure out for a play off semi
