mdogg20
Thought he looked like a threat early on in the Brum match. He showed glimpses of being able to take on a man with raw speed. Being that he hasn't played all season his touch wasn't perfect and he was blowing fairly quickly - hence his substitution. Hopefully he will get game time to improve his fitness and people will be more lenient than with Hooper..... as he could be another gem.
Holmowl
Only saw extended hightlights. Can clearly take a man on. Good aceleration. But seemed unfit, hardly surprisingly. Brilliant addition. Dont think he should replace Wallace yet though. ross has been superb.

Captain30
I have a colleague who is a Celtic supporter and says McGeady can look a million dollars but his end product is frustratingly poor. I trust CC to get the best from him and to always be thinking team first but it was interesting "no end product" was the criticism from some about his debut. Same guy was consistently telling me - even when he wasn't travelling too well and looked unfit - that Hooper is top drawer and will score for fun for us. He's one for one so far. SwintOwl
Seen him play plenty of times for Ireland and Celtic, and for both teams he's the one you relied on to put a decent ball into the box or grab a goal. Can sometimes be hit an miss but certainly wouldn't tag him with 'no end product'.

Look how Hooper looked until he played a few matches. McGeady will be a real asset for us.

Beholder
One game in and people are telling us his faults. Let's wait and see. By all accounts he is a very exciting player.
Guest Kagoshimaowl
Just watched the game. Thought he was crap to be honest, running into blind alleys and giving the ball away. However, lets give the poor lad a chance. That's the longest he has played all season on a very heavy ptch. He will come good before the season is out. big moz
Impact sub, esp home games where we are up against a defensive line-up and need a spark. Don't think he'll get fit enough and match sharp to justify 90 minutes for at least a month.

Lord Snooty
Thought he might have been used from the bench till he gets up to speed a bit and gets to know the chaps. Still....Carlos knows best!
Paul..
Showed desire and pleased (and surprised) to see him tracking back to help Pudil out, not as out of shape as I expected so hopefully it's not too long before he's fully fit and can be a real asset for us.
