darklord
My earliest memories of the Owls was the relegation just at start of the 90's. We soon turned that to joy with the league cup win but to be honest I was a little young to appreciate it. Growing up away from Sheffield it was a diluted event. I remember the heat times of the early nineties. I cried at fifteen when we lost the Fa cup replay but a,lot of that time I missed thanks to the adolescent years and as I grew up relegation loomed and what came after was doom and gloom. Swfc hit the doldrums and my Wednesday pessimism was firmly entrenched. Brief moments of joy came about. The play off final against Hartlepool I missed a my wife have birth a day later (we lived in Hartlepool at the time!!) but the mind the gap season was great but we were so far from were we fell. Throughout those years I developed a disbelieving that we could game success again so long since we saw waddle and Hirst and the likes on our pitch Even this season the hope was their but always something in the back of my mind said we would lose and it would go boobies up. Until today. despite going behind I had a feeling we could win and now I think we can go on and win the league. So much expectation on other teams while we plug away. Not for a long time have I actually believed we can get back to where we belong but now I do. I believe!!
WatfordOwl
I absolutely believe in this team. The 15 years that have gone before it I've attended games with an optimistic nature, so much so that I can never avoid sticking a fiver on us for first goal and to win 3-0. That's all been done with hope rather than expectation. What I absolutely love about this team is the togetherness - this team actually cares about what they are doing and how they go about it, as a fan that's all you'd ever ask for. Finally a couple of results went our way and it's gonna be a hell of a ride for these final 16 games. And fk me we are 6 points off the top - amazing. jellybean
Let's be reyt it's nearer 20 years of crap cos since about 95 it's been down hill. The promotion seasons were great cos of how they both finished but it's not gonna be a stand out achievement in 50 years time. Premier league status is what it's all about. wakefieldowl
The three home games in a week got me believing...ok not great sides, but we simply brushed Notlob, full ham and weeds aside. I don't think we even played that well......but the quality we have is too much for poor teams. And looking at our remaining home games, it's hard not to get giddy
Bluesteel
We had an iffy start but there is nothing between our team and the rest at the top. I think it boils down to Lady Luck from here and today was an example of how quick that changes. Didn't seem our day at all. We've had this feeling previously in league one but now we finally have the means to do the same at this level. The idea of real money in football has been aloof to us even when successful so this is new territory for ie

I totally believe we can go up now. This team has the ability, no doubt. Whether we do or not remains to be seen but I do seriously believe it is possible.
