  1. CC: In the last games Burnley played, they won by 3 and 4 goals but we prepared well and didn't lose our balance when they scored #swfcLIVE

CC: Our players played at a different speed in the 2nd half and got the goal. We played better in the 2nd half and put problems to Burnley

CC: We know Burnley are one of the strongest teams in the competition, scoring a lot of goals #swfcLIVE

Carvalhal reckons the draw was a fair scoreline, but thought they looked most likely to get a winner. #SWFC #starlive

  1. CC thought they played better in the second half. Felt they moved the ball quicker. #SWFC #starlive

Dyche admits the playing surface was "not as good as he hoped". Thought it hindered both sides. #SWFC #starlive

  1. Dyche is such a great character. There were two interruptions to his press conference but he laughed it off. #SWFC #starlive

When a manager - oops sorry head coach thinks a draw is a fair scoreline, that's like saying "they were the better team"

Not for the first time does Carlos make a negative comment, maybe we should come out to play for two halves and not just for one...

Finger our Carlos eh, finger out...

So if both managers agree it was a fair scoreline, which was the better team?

There's nothing negative about Carlos' comments. Yours, on the other hand...

1-1 fair result I believe. We didn't create enough to win the game but apart from their goal, they did nothing really. Two good teams battling it out and might prove to be an important point come the end of the season. We move on to a massive game against Birmingham now where 3 points would put out a massive statement.

A draw was a fair result. They edged the first half we were better in the second.

Take the word of our head coach who witnessed the game......I assume, yet again, unlike your good self

Did you go?

😆😆😆😆😆 I'll have a wild guess at NO

Don't you read any of the match day thread, of course I didn't go I'm on holiday abroad, I also posted before their managers comments were posted, that said we were the home team with a great home record, so to say it's a fair result suggests we were frightened of them, honestly Carlos does sometimes slip up with his comments, with our home record this season he should not be saying this is a FAIR result, it's poo, we should be able to beat our close rival above us when we're playing at home...

By the way, you also post some reyt crap occasionally too, see the post I'm responding too for example...

Dyche is a good manager at this level - Interesting he mentioned the pitch.

It still doesn't look great - suppose a decent summer break will help it to bed in.

It's a concern that's for sure. A few times I noticed it causing a lack of control. Surely you'd expect better for a million quid, irrespective of the second year comments

But both managers said that a draw was fair.. does that mean both teams were better? Pull your finger out.
