General_Grievous
Easy to criticise when the slightest thing goes wrong, but they've been absolute warriors in this window, especially in the past week. Huge credit to Alastair and his team Heroes

clud17
Heroes is a bit much, but I always find the ticket office staff to be very good. I agree they have been great but to put the word hero into context Hero: is a person or main character of a literary work who, in the face of danger, combats adversity through impressive feats of ingenuity, bravery or strength, often sacrificing his or her own personal concerns for some greater good. Now you could argue that providing us with our season tickets is for the greater good but none of them have been martyrs nor slayed any dragons to help me get my season ticket. Elvin Parsnip
Why couldn't they do 2/3 year tickets online ? Would have saved a lot of hassle

The system couldn't handle that
General_Grievous
I know them by sight, but not by name; yet each and every one of them feels like a member of my family. Their working month has been the first team equivalent of delivering an unbeaten start to 2016. Credit where it is deserved :-) UTO I remember Sue because she remembers my boy, and Alastair is top notch. Other than that I don't know them

Terribly organised. Been plastered across social media and the official site to email if you can't get through via phone and they WILL get back to you. If not before the deadline they will honour the price still. They had 8000 calls yesterday.

The system couldn't handle thatI think the reason was probably that if you were poo poo with credit you wouldn't apply face to face and seeing as it's nearly guarenteed to be accepted it would weed out those who probably won't pay. mike312
I have emailed them for a call back and got nothing. I'm not blaming the individual staff but I do think the club has handled it poorly. I have noticed this evening that they are opening this weekend now so I'll pop down on Sunday.

FlyingOwl
I literally emailed at 4ish today and got a reply from Alistair Wilson, who has solved everything. They will get round to you. And, like I said, if they don't and you have got a record of emailing you...they will honour the early bird price. So nothing more the club can do.
