Holmowl
Early days I know, but if we are still in contention for either the Play-offs or even better, an automatic spot, I would love to see Hillsborough bursting at the seams for the final 4 home games. Blackburn - night match Ipswich MK Dons - night match Cardiff Perhaps the club would consider some sort of Promotion Fight Special, with a sort of mini season ticket deal for this cluster of vital games. And I mean rediculous prices, say 60 quid for an adult, 30 for an U17, and 15 for U11. There would have to be an understanding attitude from ST holders that there would be people in the ground who had paid less than them, but I would love to see 30000 rocking the stadium and getting behind the tiring team for their final push. Even if we fall short, the atmosphere and excitement could entice a few thousand extra to attend the early matches of next season, or sell hundreds of ST. Imagine the Tuesday night v MK Dons. Attendance, 32009. Away attendance, 9. Rocking.
trev
If it was for autos and we had a very good chance I think we would get 30k neway. But it's a good idea in theory I like it. Plus we always do well in front of big crowds at Hillsborough.
Rogers
Ipswich could be a 6 pointer - hopefully
latemodelchild
We'd get decent crowds without the offers.
ViolaOwls
I have an idea. Let us that commit to a season ticket go on average prices of about £21 on the north but then offer all you lot that don't even cheaper prices because you have committed to spending the season moaning. When in truth most have stayed away on £20 tickets
vulva
Would rather keep it all low key. Parking will be difficult otherwise.

torres
If we are within a chance of going up, I'd make it £70000 a ticket if you have been to less than 15 home matches. Don't want the part timers gate crashing the party again.
McRightSide
But it was 43 quid at the beginning of the season. That's a valid excuse not to attend a game in April

fpowl
You would have to compensate the season ticket holders maybe by token/ value on next years cup games or club shop. No way can you conpramise their long season and further loyalty by putting in such offer with out season ticket holders getting recognition too. Like the theory though might be something in this
Prendo's boots
If thats the case and we're going for top two or playoffs there would be no need for any offers chap...would be rammed anyway...prob be a 'keep your ticket stubs for a playoff ticket' jobbie too id imagine! Don't want the part timers gate crashing the party again. Really ? you'd rather sit with 22,000 quiet souls in hillsborough? than have an atmosphere like the arsenal game ? So dissapointing some of our fans feel that way. Edited January 18, 2016 by parkerowl
Guest Ash76
We do this do that those that have not been all season can go to what could be the most important run in in our history for £15 a ticket?
Tamworthowl
DC has been at pains to stress that season tickets are the cheapest option. Nothing should, nor will (imo), be done to undermine this. So why not (for kop) 4*£30 (members 4*£25) if bought in advance and a half price play off home game if we get there. ViolaOwls
Here's one for you! Wife took to the little one to pictures Saturday. Decided against taking him against the cretins as I was stopping out for a booze after. Cost her £17 to get in for a adult and child ticket, Then she got 2 small popcorns, drinks and pick and mix. Cost her about another £16. So when all you lot go on about all these other family days out that you can get cheaper for you money blah blah blah. No you cant Stop making excuses its boring. About time people started buying into what we have here
ViolaOwls
Oh and hows about supporting the club in the other homes games rather than just seeking glory.

About time people started buying into what we have here This! Said it from beginning. Its the moaners fault prices are high in essence because the uptake for offers have been poor. I've heard the excuse that the high prices have alienated people & they won't go when its cheap cos they can't afford to go when its not. This is another load of tripe because for the last few seasons when offers have been put on, the uptake has been poor then too. Had we been getting 21,000 on average and then pushing 30,000 when offers are on it would send a message. The truth is when offers were on we might get 23-24,000. Its not a strong enough uptake. Mr. C has come in & put his money where his mouth is & actually we now have a quality team that are entertaining. Our home form is great & we score goals. I'm extremely disappointed that people aren't coming back.
