high flying Leeds united took on mid table Sheffield in one of the most one sided games of all time, Leeds bombarded the Sheffield goal with numerous chances in the first half which was all one way traffic. Then against the run of play Sheffield went ahead with a scruffy goal by out of form Gary Hooper which somehow bundled over the line which should of been given for offside. Moments later a shock looked even more on the cards when it was 2 with again Gary Hooper shin rolled in a second yet again deemed to be offside which linesman clearly getting it wrong. from the on it was backs to the wall for Sheffield as the super whites had a hatfull of chances but some heroic keeping kept em at bay. Then with 12 minutes to go yet another refereeing howler as the perfectly swung in freekick was nodded home but to be chalked off with a bizzare decision  never to be seen in football which would of been the start of a def comeback where leeds would of easily gone on to win the game, but it wasn't to be as Sheffield just held on in a david and goliath style result which has to be the shock of the century finishin 2-0. leeds still in a shout of a automatic spot and Sheffield look now to be safe from relegation but only just.

Sheffield Wednesday fortunately won the Yorkshire game with Leeds on Saturday, Gary Hooper scored 2 lucky goals but Leeds should have pulled a goal back when the Sheffield Wednesday defense switched off, they later claimed they were making a substitution, the free kick was re taken, joining us in the studio is Rudolph Austin.
