ohgoditsjames
Why don't we have one yet? It'd look very classy at the entrance to the South Stand/Grandstand and we have a countless number of players that'd be worthy of it. Heck we could even have more than one in different poses. Ron Springett and David Hirst (even though he's still with us) are an example of two legends that should have one. McRightSide
We should recognize our fallen agents by having statues on the bridge. Clough Wilson
Guest SnookerOwl
We should definitely have a statue of the one and only David Eric Hirst.

The very legend I never got to see, wasn't even born when we was in his prime! He's iconic, which is why I think he should have one

Inspector Lestrade
It would look the very opposite of classy. Some of the statues, I've seen look tacky. We should think of something else to commemorate players.

Would be better than the brick idea although I thought that was cool as well. To be honest it really depends how its going to look- Its so hit and miss whether they look classy or tacky

True. After we win in next year and re-establish ourselves as a dominant force it wont matter anyway
mrgund
Mentioned this before but can remember being at Wembley for an England game a few year back and stood outside next to the Bobby Moore statue when this kid asked his dad where the Carlton Plamer statue was and the dad said, one day son, one day.
