VictoryBell
Odd that were playing these again next week Nah - in fact, it's an FA/Football League agreed rule since a long time ago, Didn't you know that you can always tell who you will play first in the cup by seeing who you play the week before the tie is scheduled? Oh, it's true enough.

PopePiusX
Results never seem to go our way though! It's almost as though the teams near the top win more often than the teams near the bottom, isn't it?

Holmowl
Big rest now for all eleven. Weds Reserves v Fulham Reserves fine by me. Two home games against poor teams. Brighton and Burnley two away games each. Today's team and 442 played 3 won 3. Not counting chickens but things are looking really good. Well done boys. themaskedowl
Really good to see Birmingham beating Brentford. Brentford are a threat. Brum much less so I agree that Brentford are more of a concern for us. All we can do is continue as we have been and win every game we can. Can't rely on others winning or losing to help us out. Feel very pleased tonight after that result. A well fought away victory. Also absolutely thrilled that we went 4-4-2 and it bloody worked. Clearly we gave them more to think about than they liked. Possession stat still interesting. But as has been said on here before now it's not how much you have it, it's what you do with it when you get it...or was that Mrs Maskedowl?
