He said we hadn't discussed emergency loans to cover our short-term injuries. He also said January would be quiet, and that we might do a few things "but not necessarily to play" - whatever that means. Maybe he was referring to young prospects like the boy Kane Smith we're reportedly keen on? But then contradicted himself by saying "unless we can improve the team". To be fair, Carlos has never really veered from from the target of promotion in two years. I am probably wrong of course! Best way to approach it. We are in a good position with key players coming back from injury, no reason for us to go out and get ripped off.
