S36 OWL
Very happy so far . If we could just land that proven striker we have every chance of making the play offs in my opinion.
Utah Owl
Very pleased so far. The side will only get better as they get more and more used to each other and can see us challenging for play-offs, with a good January transfer window who knows what might happen. The only way is S6
Ditto. Nice to be looking up instead of over our shoulders. Get that striker in DC.

nebneeb
Birmingham the surprise package so far. Maghoma has even started the last 2 games for them!
themaskedowl
Birmingham the surprise package so far. Maghoma has even started the last 2 games for them! Undoubtedly. To say nothing of Brighton, still unbeaten. Surprised that Charlton are in relegation trouble this early, but, meh. Good to be ahead of the likes of Ipswich, Fulham and QPR. Bodes well. The teams ahead of us are very strong though and to get a top 6 spot is going to be very tough (at the risk of stating the bleeding obvious). Still a long way to go. Pretty happy with the table and position so far. I don't think it's a false representation of our performance to date either. Slow start, building steadily. Now we just need the big finish come the new year.

S36 OWL
Birmingham the surprise package so far. Maghoma has even started the last 2 games for them! The worry with Brum and Brighton is do they have the squad depth to sustain their good starts . this is where we have fallen down over the years . Its ok having a strong first 11 , but when injuries, suspensions start to bite and the fixtures come thick and fast you need a strong squad, something which we finally have. steelowl
good points about squad size Certainly SG had fewer quality players, a smaller squad that he seemingly got a good team spirit morale thing going on CC has more quality and in depth and if he can keep people on the fringe sweet I hope that as the season goes on we will overtake smaller squads when their suspensions and injuries mount .....the curse of a fan daring to hope
stocksyuto
Should have beat qpr but these things happen, They are a poor side this season and didnt have alot of options so just roughed us up abit no doubt warnock had a hand in telling hill to be a dirty cüñt. Also just have a feeling that we will break brightons unbeaten start and they will go down hill from there
TheEnchanter
We should have beaten QPR and Bolton definitely. That'd have given us 21 points but then we probably should have drawn Brentford and possibly lost to Reading so I think it's fair where we are on balance. Flat Owl
If we can get to 15 games played with only 3 losses, we will be on the right track and I will be delighted. Losing 1 every tranche of 5 games is pretty good form - its the draws that kill you and we need to turn those draws into wins. W3 D1 L1 every 5 games will see us on 90 points - W27 D9 L10 over the season and we are within a shout of automatic. 69+ points should see us in the play offs - roughly W2 D2 L1 every 5 games so two wins and draw from the next three games will see us well placed. Just need to beat Rovrum & Forest and draw at home to Brighton....
