KivoOwl
DC could actually play a blinder here if he plays his cards right First thing we've agreed on. Early chance for him to show his business acumen here. These are completely my own predictions of what I think we'd get - Cat A* (£45 cheapest) - on TV 13,000 - not broadcast 16,000 Cat A (£42 cheapest) - on TV 16,000 - not broadcast 19,000 Cat B (£39 cheapest) - on TV 19,000 - not broadcast 22,000 Cat C (£36 cheapest) - on TV 22,000 - not broadcast 25,000 Cat D (£33 cheapest) - on TV 25,000 - not broadcast 28,000 Cat E (£30 cheapest) - on TV 28,000 - not broadcast 31,000 Cat F (£27 cheapest) - on TV 31,000 - not broadcast 34,000 Cat G (£20 cheapest) - on TV 35,000 - not broadcast SELL OUT
nebneeb
Doesn't need to be one of the published league categories. £25 Kop and West lower £28 North £31 South Kids £
happy bunny
Not really. Everybody should want to get to this, we'll only fail to sell out if prices are too high. £30 and I'd expect to see us shift almost every ticket. £25 kop £30 north £35 south
Captain Sl-OWL-ly
I'd be happy if those that forked out for the opening game got a good discount for this one, as much as I love Wednesday having been ripped off once I won't take it twice.. Sorry if that is miserable...
Ever the pessimist
Thinking about DC can't win If he makes it affordable ie £20 he makes a rod for his own back re league game prices Going to be very interesting I don't think he makes a rod for his own back if he prices this sensibly. No one loses out in terms of season ticket holders being annoyed by offers, and we gain TV cash to subsidise cut ticket prices.

wellbeaten-the-owl
Great home tie against one of the three biggest clubs in England (man utd. Arsenal Liverpool in my opinion are big 3) Great opportunity as game will be on sky to make it affordable and pack the ground say 25 - 35 quid levels

Guest The Horse
I reckon it will be A* and we'll still sell out regardless if it's on TV.There will be a lot of talk and frenzy leading up to this one - nobody will want to miss out and say they weren't there. This is the sort of game where our casual fans turn up like Wycombe. We'll make a good million out of this.
Daavies;
I'd imagine we'd sell out no matter the price. Dont underestimate how fickle football fans are. When world class players like Ozil and Sanchez are coming to Hillsborough everyone finds that extra cash from somewhere. I'll pay any price and its worth it to watch us against Arsenal for the first time in 15 years.
Dick_Turpin
You see we do agree on certain things Remember this will have a knock on effect to the Forest game a few days later. Make this game a high category and Forest will be empty If it's in TV I'd go no higher than D. Crikey - look whata good result does. Harmony breaks out. scarboro-owl
If we made this game cat A or B and its on the TV whose gonna pay £40-£50 (with another home game on the Saturday as well) who mentioned 50 quid? if we can't all but sell out at cat a or b prices, against arsenal in the last 16 of the league cup, then DC should cash his chips in, and get potter and co back
Guest
For God sake We've just beat a premier team away and drawn a champions league team at home in the next round Let that sink in before everyone starts moaning about the prices Its arsenal at Hillsborough for the first time in 15 years pay what ever it is
