Sorry for the thread hijack, carry on. I don't know where the holiday thread is? However, Adeje itself is just outside Las Americas, some lovely restaurants and nice bars. A 5/10 minute walk either on the road or beach to Las Americas which is much livelier. I like it, best of both worlds. Bear in mind that Adeje itself is a large area, I stayed at the H10 Gran Tenerife, so that's what I'm basing it on. It stretches out another 5 miles or so.
