The club have chosen when to announce the appointment and it is their entitlement to do so - perhaps, just perhaps the owner is a person who prefers to work with a low profile.... there is nothing wrong with that..... If Grey was going sack him immediately. 2. Have plan B in place. 3. Don't make knee jerk reactions to try and stop people jumping on the nige bandwagon. 4. Don't make statements like spending what ever it takes and get turned down by someone who has done nothing but lose league 1 play offs. Meanwhile another one of our supposed targets signs for Leeds.
