A new West Stand, a renovated Kop and some investment into the North Stand concourse facilities and it would be back to being a top 10 stadium in England. Really wouldn't take a whole lot to restore it to its former glory, just a forward thinking owner and a bit of Prem cash. At least we have the first one in the bag already. It's hard to tell but I've drawn a line parallel (ish) to the technical areas and it comes out where the half way line should be on the North. Maybe.
