Make him captain for his last game, against Leeds, then he can think about his future while he's sat in the stands watching Watford stuff us again! Eightace Posted March 28, 2015 Share Posted March 28, 2015 He can be our main man in the middle like Sheridan was but I don't really get the comparison. Sheridan was shirt out of his shorts,looked as if he had a hangover like a sunday league player but had the full range of passes.He specialised in threading balls through and was one of the most comfortable at receiving the ball I've ever seen.He was never flustered. He had a nasty side too and didn't mind a tackle. Mcgugan isn't as skilful(good but just not Sheridan level) but more of an athlete.Sheridan bossed the middle with one twos and perfect passes but always looked fooked. Mcgugan might have the edge on goal scoring,although shezza got some great ones. Good player Mcgugan but I don't see enough resemblance in the way he plays to compare him.
