sharrowowl
Pleased for him. That man city game must have been well embarrassing for a former premiership keeper. Glad he's experienced a win at least.
Guest BigMikeyTheNottsOwl
He's a decent keeper, I've always rated him... But Westwood is a better keeper. If Im being selfish, Kirkland is a great no 2 for us but for his sake he really deserves to be playing first team football week in week out somewhere... matthefish2002
Think Kirkland is an excellent keeper. IMO second best keeper since Premiership days. Sadly for him the best keeper is Westwood and would play him against Middlesbrough this weekend.
bigdan2003
I wouldn't change a winning team personally. Give them a chance on Saturday. Same with Maghoma, as much as he frustrates the hell out of me. Although if a winger is signed before Saturday i presume Maghoma will be dropped. OxonOwl
I think putting your number one goalkeeper back in the team is reasonable after a win and following any performance from Kirkland. Unlucky for Kirkland but I think that is the way it will be. I think you would be reluctant to change any outfield players from last night's starting eleven unless unavoidable. Any new signing if any would most likely appear from the bench.
waddleisgod
Before Westwood we all thought we were lucky to have Kirkland But Westwood is a better all round keeper and we have done VERY well to get him One thing is for sure, Kirkland is too good to be a no.2 in the championship
