Also zayatte was on the line so he wasn't the last man, a yellow would have been more appropriate. Looked offside to me to although difficult to tell.

Last man is totally irrelevant. Nothing in rules about last man.

It is totally dependent on whether it was a clear goal scoring opportunity or not.

Always causes me confusion about other peoples complete lack of logic in evaluating last man in any event.

The last defender brings down a striker who still has a goalkeeper to beat. The goalkeeper can use his hands and is still quite an obstacle to beat, everybody goes the defender is the last man.

Striker goes around a goalkeeper and only has a defender to beat. The defender cannot use is hands and is thereby quite easy to beat, people claim the keeper isn't the last man because of the defender.

Terrible decision.  Should have let the play go and the goal stand, no need for even a booking.  And if you give the penalty, it's not a red.

Add into that he was offside and it just shows how poor refs are in this league.  You only have to watch the other highlights to see the total inconsistency of officiating across the league.

Just not bothered...

Giving the penalty has absolutely no bearing on whether it was a red or not.
