OurDan
Just a simple question. Would you like to see Gray stay as manager or would you like him sacked?

swfc1983
Out for me. He's done a decent job at steadying the ship but we have a horrible tendency under Gray aswell as previous managers to go on long winless runs that just seem to completely derail any hope of a decent season. Add this to the turgid home form this season and I would think the new owners would like their own man at the helm. harris111
In, but we need some more coaching staff. Other clubs seem to have a lot more than we do

BRUCE LEE
He was a cheap quick fix. Served a purpose for Mandaric but there's no way we should go forward into a summer of rebuilding with Gray in charge. No sentiment in football.

Blue and white
You cant defend the indefensible although some will try. 2 home goals from open play this season, inept tactics and mind blowing substitutions.

And the new manager needs a budget that is even half competitive for this division.
Guest Kagoshimaowl
In. As long as we stop this rot soon, then he deserves the season at least.

Guest mkowl
You can fool people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all of the time I can't see the new owners having shelled out 30m being prepared to run the risk of League

SHUowl
In, twelve place would be a great finish to the season. If the poor form continues though everyone's hands will be tied.
Leaping Lannys Perm
In. Still don't understand why there is a debate. It's getting more serious though. There were at least a couple on the coach last night who wanted him gone. When people who actually attend games, especially away games, join in, you know it is getting closer. glynnb
He's not a manager he's a head coach and the longer the club has no manager it will drift and to me that is how the club looks and feels at present.

I would have thought the recent results and performance levels are the reason
