This Kobayashi character is pretty amusing. Man after my own heart in fighting against the tides of Clappers.

This whole takeover is a farce, beyond caring now... of course thats not true but anyhow

Blame the Football League for their slowness in ratification?

Mammadovs battles in Lens are his own battles. nothing to do with us as it stands

We don't know how much money he has for us, or his plans.

Its frustrating as hell but nothing we can do about it.

I think in fairness all of Mammas clubs are now linked. Lens business is our business and vice versa.

Not in my opinion.

Its just guesswork at the moment and the situation at the moment is clear as mud.

I believe he would have funds and separate plans for us.

I can understand frustration and nerves from our fans though.

Its interesting that RC Lens are still in the Ligue 1 fixture list and they are leaving it awfully late to change that. First game 9th August v Nantes

I'd say Lens will just take the place of the club that is promoted in their place.

I think it's time for someone at the club to release an official statement giving the fans the truth. If it's just general practice for it to take this long then fair enough, but if there has been a problem then the fans of this club have a right to know in my opinion.

What would the statement say?

If Mammadov was pulling the plug we would be told.

It's not looking great at all.

Martel may come across as a wacky character but I bet he bleeds RCLens. His affiliation with Lens probably goes back many years..although he doesn't seem as educated and respected as Milan.

I can't see it going through :(

It is, googling previous ratifications tells you that it can take 2-3 months, as myself and countless people have posted on here, isn't that fair enough?

Another raft of articles suggesting HM can't supply the missing EUR10m and another batch saying he's refused as the French leage have shifted the goalposts re providing money up front.

His website is down....and we all know the website is all important!

Getting nervous now.

i saw the site was under construction earlier this morning , decided not to post it as i knew the mass hysteria would return grrrrr

any way i have spent a while going through the net and azerbaijan news web sites

there nothing to indicate that either the Baghlan group or the bank of azerbaijan is in any difficulty

it appears that martel is now trying to back track slightly on the he aint bought us, by the fact that its not been ratified as yet
