The Night-Owl
Can see us relying on some decent young loanees from abroad and the PL at this rate. By the time the ratification goes through most of the decent players would have already moved. At the end of the day the longer it goes on Stuart Gray is going to be the obvious fall guy if we start off the season slowly which looks very likely again. Captain Sl-OWL-ly
Let's face it, as poor as it seems, Grey has got a limited budget wether it be under MM or MH, Milan is still in charge as Chairman (allegedly) and therefore we're still being run "as was" however you can bet that if things aren't going as MH wants come Nov. both Grey and MM will be gone and replaced, the budget will then be upped properly as happened with Man City... We are in reconstruction mode - believe ! (Goh, I hope so !)...

BigOwl
10 June wasn't it? The day it was confirmed. 22 July now. Over 40 days. Like many of us have said, it seems the average ratification time from deal agreement is around 10-13 weeks.based on actual ratifications (Weeds, Leicester). If anything gets sorted quicker thats a bonus. Patience

Guest wilyfox
http://footballleagueworld.co.uk/sheffield-wednesday-and-ipswich-prepare-move-for-tottenham-defender/ Sheffield Wednesday and Ipswich Town are preparing a move for Tottenham defender Ryan Fredericks, according to FLW sources. Fredericks was on loan at Millwall last season The 21-year-old defender has been at the North London club since 2008, however has failed to make a single appearance for the club. In 2012, Fredericks joined Brentford on-loan and amassed four appearances for the Bee’s, however he was recalled shortly after joining by Spurs. Fredericks joined Millwall last season on loan in January and accumulated 14 appearances, also scoring one goal for Ian Holloways side. The Tottenham youngster has also made one appearance for the England under-19 side in 2011. Both Sheffield Wednesday and Ipswich are eager to add more depth to their defence and are targeting a move for Fredericks, in a bid bolster their backline before the new season. FlyingOwl
Frederick's is good. But, again, he's all pace and skill rather than the old fashioned winger I'd prefer.

dantheowl16
A full-back though, isn't he? That's what i thought. Of all the position (apart from goalkeeper) right back is the least of our worries, so I hope this isn't true. Decent young player, but not what we need
