Guest Teetowl
Me personally I hope they go up. I had a fiver on a few weeks ago at 80/1. Then I hope they loose every game they play in the championship, plummet down the leagues, go bust and have to ground share with Stocksbridge in the Meadowhall league. sage owl 3,918
Would rather them go bust This would do for me.
PortlandOwl 1,514
Just don't care about that lot.I'm more interested in what we do.Some fans seem to spend more time obsessing about United than they do getting behind Wednesday.
Guest Distraught!
this cant be right....cos according to all the plantpots on here id we had beaten charlton we would have got relegated...its not possible to have a good cup run and also do well in the league...is it? thought it had to be one or the other ps. fwiw i hope the grunts end up in the mhall league It's a good deal easier though if you're in a league full of dross. Most teams are beatable in that league without even getting out of second gear. Just needs a bit of organisation and the confidence of being on a roll.
Maswfc 7
I'm not bothered what league the blades are in,although I don't want them to have a successful promotion push just so we can have a steel city derby.
Captain Sl-OWL-ly 2,004
Blimey things must have gone quiet at Hillsborough, it's a sign we've no midweek game when a Truffle Nudger thread like this gets so much attention.... Bacon sarny anyone ?
Spookone 2,865
Not a chance this will happen. Even if they did manage to scramble their way into the playoffs (which they won't) they will lose in the final on penalties
HIGHERSTATE 5,097
I dont care...I find it so easy to forget about them if they are in there rightful place below us.
Guest alwaysaowl
If the pigs keep playing like there are doing there will be in the top six other teams are poor after 5 place
Guest Keezee
Get a Grip Lad the further down the leagues the pigs are the better Who are they anyway Up the OWLSSSSSSSS
ChapSmurf 2,833
I doubt this will happen as I think we are safe now.
Bluesteel 15,279
Id like a bit more time to consolidate before they come back up, I can see them coming back up next season though if they fail this season.
bigdan2003 8,001
Maybe if we're no where near the premiership in a couple of seasons, then they can come up to spice things up a bit. Other than that i hope they stay where they should be.
folger 585
I miss that feeling of excitement the day before and every derby day. However if they go bust sheffield would be a 1 team city like leeds, would be absolutely brilliant for the club.
BIG D 20,524
I'd fancy Toytown to turn them over in the play offs. Imagine the embarrassment?
sheffield_dave 9,292
They're 6 points off the play offs, 9 points off the relegation zone. They're on a good run, credit where it's due. But let's not go daft. They're a bad week or two away from a scrap again, such is the nature of that division.
CE-Owl 657
They danced around our freshly dug grave when we nearly went under. Since then I've put any Sheffield loyalty to one side and don't wish them any success. A club with little man syndrome.
