Bob
My donation was given early, not recently, so was needed to reach the target. I know some posters are stupid but let's have sensible answers please.

dan27
If you don't want to donate you could just be honest about it instead of making up these kind of stories.

Bob
I posted because I wanted to know if anyone else had had the same refund. I was pleased with the response from Owltalkers giving so readily and quickly to a good cause. The answers above make you realize how childish some are on this site, no more from me. southportdc
A ten second search of the site suggests that refunds only occur if they couldn't process payment (can take a week or so) or if the charity is above the target in between you paying and it being completed. If you think you paid well before the target was reached, must have been unable to complete.
Guest Deleted member
Ive just checked and so far Ive not had a refund - but they've not actually taken the money either Is this because it was pledges?

It's because getting you involved is more trouble than it's worth.
