TheRedanator
I thought this was just a 'shop window' loan, with Wolves subsidising most of his wages to hopefully get a fee for him when it's finished. I doubt we'd be willing to pay the £1m+ they'll want to be recouping on him. I think, best case scenario (and if he keeps up his form), we'll get him on loan for the season. How long is Gardner out for?
Luke_Owls
Some fantastic performances from him and today was a immense at the back not missing gardener one bit. Sign him up!!!
bryan1966
Excellent again - would be great to get him in permanently but probably won't happen
stanningtonowl
I know he's not ours, but would make him captain. Apart from Birmingham has been quality.
Burnsie
Yeah he was decent today BUT i still have concerns regarding him and Llera to be fair. As i said it's such a shame Gardner got injured. Would we have got him if Gardener had stayed fit though
owlse
Future Captain. always talking and organsing

BRADDAZ
I flippingdespair at times . Amazing isn't it? Hmmmm... Zayatte or Gardner? Tough one.
Guest Sheff Owl
Would we have got him if Gardener had stayed fit though I think we have always been after Roger, i would imagine if the deal suited earlier than we might not have signed Zayatte. I don't believe for a second that Dave Jones hadn't played in his mind a partnership of Roger and Gardner.
edinburghowl
Quality again and a shame he went to ground right at the end because it wasn't necessary. Slight dampener on another good performance. Edited November 2, 2013 by edinburghowl
bobbobbins
I don't think we'll see Gardner playing for us again.
scram
Some shyte spoken about him before he signed People can now see we have one of the best CB's outside the premier I really hope we can come to a deal with Wolves because he looks happy and is enjoying his football and hopefully he's learned from the Wolves debacle

Guest Sheff Owl
As i mentioned before the jury is still out for me with Zayatte even tho he had a good game today. I'll put it out there what about Roger and Taylor as a partnership?
scram
He seemed hated by them Wolves fans last season. As i said - hopefully he's learned his lesson Funnily enough even though they can't stand him i've seen plenty of Wolves fans admit what a good player he is
CB31
Really like how he's done. Shows that every player who's had a difficult time at a club can rebuild elsewhere. God knows we've had plenty of ours who've done well after leaving us.
B.A Baracus
Some shyte spoken about him before he signed People can now see we have one of the best CB's outside the premier I really hope we can come to a deal with Wolves because he looks happy and is enjoying his football and hopefully he's learned from the Wolves debacle His ability was never in doubt, but he was questionable given his recent history. Easy to call it "shyte" in hindsight.
Ironman
Reyt lad. Him and gardener is the centre back pairing dreams are made of!
scram
His ability was never in doubt, but he was questionable given his recent history. Easy to call it "shyte" in hindsight. The "shyte" were things like; "why are we signing a player who isn't good enough to get into a league 1 side" "why are we signing an alcoholic" And if you don't think his ability was ever in doubt with some fans on here you might wanna revisit some of the threads about him
Guest GreenGoose
Shame we couldn't get him and Gardner as a regular CB pairing. Would be up there with the best in the division.
