Out and replace with a younger manager with some fresh desire and ideas. People continually confuse experience with competence. DJ is very experiened as a manager but it doesn't make him a good one. How can I influence them from here ? ".......................... Absolutely incredible for a manager to say that. Especially when someone behind me yelled at the top of his voice " Get it sorted Gardiner" who heard it and looked towards the bench. Message received loud and clear. Once again totally inept tactics from DJ. Whatever talent he had as a younger manager has long gone, he has run out of ideas. Once again I repeat .......don't confuse experience with talent.
