The night when there were apparently thousands of 'them' in the North. I think reality there was a couple of hundred who made themselves known pretty early and got put on the corner next to the Lepp. You xan just about see them surrounded by yellow jackets on the video

It was a strangely low crowd. The league game later in the season got a full house. We were struggling at the time (surprise!) and I remember a few of my mates didn't go because they thought we were going to get hammered. 

 

I'll never forget the winner, was right at the back of the kop, i've never seen it go so mental.

Also seem to think that the first half was the last time we saw Ritchie Humphreys in a Wednesday shirt? Although with how he played that night he might as well have been wearing a red and white one!

Subs not used: Stringer & Muller.
