Swiss Toni
All of those would be well out of our wage structure, apart from maybe Dean Whitehead.
andrewowl
Delap might be worth a punt? if memory serves me he was in Stokes promotion side? the problem is would he take the drop in wages, and leauge?( same with any of those names on that list)

Guest Sweet&TenderOwl
Gary O'Neill, Dean Whitehead and Matthew Upson might be worthwhile. Their experience would be invaluable possibly in a similar way to the likes of Kirkland and Gardner. Although the majority on the list including those might be out of our wage bracket and might end up at one of the relegated sides with their parachute payments or one of the other richer Championship clubs. Guest Sweet&TenderOwl
Ross turnbull would be a good no 1 never mind back up keeper if bywater leaves. You having a laugh? And suggesting he's better than Kirkland? Someone who's barely played and is just a bench-warmer. Plus he was unimpressive out on loan to the likes of Cardiff. Guest Sweet&TenderOwl
Agree turnbull is the new brad jones Aye, he's shocking from what I've seen of him. Dunno how he got in the Chelsea squad or even onto their bench. I'd much rather keep Bywater or bring along one of the youngsters like Dawson. Instead of giving away a wage to the likes of Turnbull, who is happy to sit on the bench, never play and pick up his wages.

The flying pig
We should try and sign the youngster released by arsenal, left sided player very pacy, started as left full back for local club near me ,signed for arsenal as a youngster and is now more of a left winger.decent skill and able to beat his man and deliver good crosses into box. Watford are in the hunt as are charlton.jernade mead.

Liam_Baggies
Marc antoine Fortune? His future is still up in arms with us. He wants to stay with us but I think we're waiting to see if we can find a replacement for him. If we do, he'll go but if we can't he'll be held for another year. He's been very good for us and would suit you perfectly. Just a shame he doesn't score many goals which really lets him down.

Guest Johnbloodaxe
"All of those would be well out of our wage structure, apart from maybe Dean Whitehead." - QUOTE BUT theyve been released and with clubs struggling financially will they command the wgaes they were on previously, of course not, so they will have to play for what clubs are prepared to pay them rather than what they were on previously... So how can you say they are well out of our wage stucture? I don't get it... Edited June 8, 2013 by Johnbloodaxe
