Sheffield Wednesday FA Cup final tickets

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know how many FA Cup final tickets Sheffield Wednesday have been allocated? My friend here in Norway is a mad City supporter and wants to go there with me. My father is a season ticket holder. Does that qualify to get tickets, or are there other criterias? Link would be helpful.

Thanks.

Picked my ticket up this morning; mind you I'd been queuing since last Tuesday. We've got 40,000; it's gonna be like The Millennium all over again; and when our boys lift that trophy the place will erupt. Can't wait. Up the Owls. What a season!

Also all local F A 's (Sheffield and Hallamshire in our case) are allocated some tickets...they certainly used to spread them around some lucky local clubs...not sure how many though. Got one twice via that route years ago....Newcastle v Liverpool and Spurs v Man City.

Every football league and Premiership club is entitled to an allocation (can't remember how many) that have to be paid for.

I think this is what Norway is getting at.

They'll no doubt have been passed on elsewhere, but you could always email the club.

UTO

You seem to be the first replier who knew about this. Thought it was common knowledge.Yes, I have emailed the club. Posted here to see if I could get any sensible info here, but alas. I did point out that it was because of my friend. I'm all Wednesday.

I believe all participarting clubs in the FA cup get an allocation, the number depending on how far each team come.

Guest Distraught!

Might be better off trying bramall lane. They'll be free to there season ticket holders. lol

If the Blunts ever reached a FA Cup Final, they would be doing Kids for a Quid to get rid of their allocation.

After the mad scramble for the Semi-final tickets I'm not sure i can be bothered! Our allocation should have been much more considering Swansea got the Holte End and there were sizeable gaps in their support!!

Everyone will come out of the wood work for the final and at least Newcastle will sell all their tickets.
