@owlstalk
My god they are in trouble.. can't help feeling sorry for them because they look like a club in exactly the same kind of trouble that we got in under Dave and Kaven Sheer lunacy going on at Blackburn at the moment - their fans are just feeling helpless, frustrated and confused at what's happening to their club Think they were relying on beating us to stay up this season - but can realistically see them going down now... Ronnie Starling
Sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for. They wanted rid of Steve Kean and at the time they got shut they were around the play-offs Now they are looking at the trapdoor to League 1. Guest Harry the Owl
kinda feel sorry for em & was surprised they brought that many because if were run like they are atm I wouldn't be going to games no chance. We'd take triple that amount to a game so close. Regardless of form.

Arthur Bach
I said today that Blackburn as a club perhaps weren't altogether sure of how much trouble they were in - the fans were in song and the team tried to play with a bit of swagger. At full time it is now clear exactly how much trouble they are in, big trouble. As a seasoned fan of a club known for flirting with the foot of the table I can only say I would rather be a poor side battling against the odds than a bloated, conceited club falling slowly and subtley towards the drop. At one stage in the season they were play-off contenders and now they are below Wednesday, Barnsley and even Huddersfield.
sheffield_dave
I'm no particular fan of Blackburn but the Venkys situation is almost a case study in some of the folloys and pitfalls with football ownership in the modern game. As a Wednesday fan I'm not bothered if they go down (any bugger but us) but as a football fan it is a shame what's happening there. Then again, they had some right money's worth of players out there today..
anglers owl
Dont feel sorry for them one bit, never known a set of more arrogant jumped up fans than they were, when Mr Walker bought them the league title. Personally I hope they go down and end up where they belong.

NeonLeon
I posted something on a 606 page a while back when they were talking about Rovers. I basically said a lot of us from Wednesday could empathise, but that not getting behind Kean could be their downfall. Lets not forget Laws was very much an Allen man that replaced a fans favourite. But we still backed him from his first to last game. The response my post got from their fans basically said Wednesday are the most corrupt team in the Football League (because of Milan's takeover) and we knew nothing of what they were going through. One also called us murderers for Hillsborough. Hope the go down for a long time. Back to a level they can financially compete at. Because as things stand their fickle fan base will see to the end of signings like Rhodes and Best. Edited April 6, 2013 by NeonLeon
