Anything could happen, but it's interesting how many times teams at the bottom still have to play each other. Keeping this in mind, I actually think it only really goes up to Ipswich/Blackpool. However, the teams above could go down if they go on an exceptional run of defeats.

My last effort at the bbc predictor had us staying in 20th or 21st till the end of the season, often by goal difference out of the relegation zone. Surviving on goal difference with the current bottom 3 going down. So I wouldn't be surprised if the final table looks similar to the one now. But really it's anyone's guess.

I'd love to be a neutral watching this. But I'm not so my pants are brown.

I've had to go as far as brown trousers, socks and shoes as well, gettin' reyt messy it is!

Leeds are on 52 points. If they only get another 2 points for example - and a caretaker can work either way - I think there down.

Craziest league I've ever seen

Maybe Warnock saw this and figured resigning and leaving them in the poo poo would stick 2 fingers up to the new owners

We've been chatting about this in the pub tonight. How close this league is boggles the mind! What's the record for the highest points a team has got and still been relegated? As that could be beaten this season?

Although Leeds are close on points, there are lots and lots of teams between them and the dropzone.

For me, it's Blackpool downwards.

What would have made it very interesting would have been if Peterborough and Huddersfield won last night, followed by us, Barnsley and Blackburn all winning our game in hand.

Leicester 52 points back in 07 I think. Gilligham 50 in 05 season.

On paper Huddersfield have a easy run in, playing most of the bottom teams. But even a few draws with these teams leaves them i  the poo poo - and these are the teams who will be battling for their lives.

Anything could happen. I feel our lack of goals could really prove to be costly.

Our saving grace is that we never look like getting a walloping so our goal difference wont go south in a hurry. I think that IF we beat Blackburn we only need another 6 points max to stay up but I would love us to push on and climb away.

The way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if three wins wouldn't be enough.
