Jowl
Never won a tackle. Never won a 2nd ball. Never strung two passes together. Coke and Prutton chasing shadows all game. And why is it every team comes to Hillsborough and passes and moves. We can't pass a ball. Rubbish.

robswfc
Forest were good. We weren't. Do you expect us to play well and win every game?
Chriss
Agree with you 100% Jowl. They always seemed to be there, no matter what happened. 2 of ours go in for the ball = they come off better. No luck, no passion, no nothing. Forest were good. We weren't. Do you expect us to play well and win every game? I think youre missing the point.. We were dire. As in.. We didnt even turn up to play. gurujuan
They had too many ideas and too many bodies in midfield. Our two were overwhelmed. More fight second half but still no creativity.
Jowl
At least Jones acknowledges we didn't keep the ball and pass it well. The red was awful am you can tell they're are a billy Davies side - dirty rumblezoids. They were scared stiff of our wingers though.
rob_owl_92
We made them look good. They played well in the first half and deserved the 3 points but they were nothing special
OxOwl
If we played like the second half all match .we would have drawn FACT!
Lincowl
I'm just glad we switched from Megson's notoriously direct football to this beautiful flowing style Jones has played this season. Tis a thing of beauty.

POWP
quotes from today: "no luck no passion, no nothing" "We were dire" "we didnt even turn up to play" "men against boys" "Never won a tackle" "Never won a 2nd ball" "Never strung two passes together" "They had too many ideas and too many bodies in midfield" lets not exaggerate too much shall we. literally every one of those isn't true. swfc-dan
coke and prutton isn't the way forward at home Been saying this ever since they started playing together, yet a lot of people on here say they are great. Prutton's never been good enough, his hard work has helped keep us more solid but his ball retention is awful. Get McCabe back in, someone who's good on the ball. We didnt want it enough tonight either, Forest's movement, passing and work rate to win the ball back was way ahead of ours.

Lincowl
McCabe is slow, overweight and soft. We'd have been even more dominated with him in midfield. Edited March 2, 2013 by Lincowl
just visiting
Watford play with three at the back and almost six across midfield. Good luck in that one.
Jowl
Coke look tired and nowhere near anything. Prutton had a shocker. This is where we need to strengthen on the summer imo.
SallyCinnamon
First half we didn't turn up. 2nd thought we gave it a go against a very solid Forest defence.

WatfordOwl
An off day against a side that is starting to play to its full potential and has a hell of a lot more quality in their squad than we do. Forest made us work really hard to even get a foothold in the game and will be a good outside bet for the play-offs given the fact they've strung a few wins together and play the way they do. Id've taken 3 points from the last 2 games and let's be fair the teams around us have much worse form so its not the end of the world.
fife_owl
Coke look tired and nowhere near anything. Prutton had a shocker. This is where we need to strengthen on the summer imo.It was a tough game for him, but he looked much better with Lee. We have to accept he'll struggle from time to time.At one point he picked up the ball half way inside our half, looked for a pass - no pass on, waited - still no movement, ended up having to hit it long.
