vulva
Sat on train, just renewed mine, and tried to renew the one for my lad, who is only 18 months old. Obviously not going yet, but I've got the seat next to me, which I intend to continue to renew whilst its free, until he starts coming. Is it still free, and if so why is it coming up on the checkout bit as £55? Do I have to go to the ground to renew this one?
Sam779
Are you a full paying adult? Only they get free under 8 tickets I think. They do have to be done during the same transaction though so now you'll most likely have to go in before tomorrow's game to sort.
vulva
Full paying adult, yes. No link as far as I could see to buy the little ones, so went in on his ID and was faced with the £55. I'll probably just call in and renew. Not going to rush down, as if its free I'm sure it will be until the start of the season.

alanharper
Same here, trying to renew mine and my 5 year old child's online and his is coming up with a £40 booking fee for the free ticket!
alanharper
Phoned ticket office, unable to renew by phone at the moment because the season tickets I was going to renew online are still locked into the basket on the system even though I removed them about 20 minutes ago and have logged out. Need to call back in an hour to try again - great system!
Sam779
Here's an extract from the official website; Those who wish to claim a free under 8s Season Ticket are advised that these are not available online and the club advises fans to make their other Season Ticket purchases, then email ticketoffice@swfc.co.uk with the relevant details of the under 8 (name, address and birth certificate) for the transaction to be processed. alanharper
Think that bit on the website is geared more towards new season tickets rather than renewals, although it isn't clear. Seems odd that the free season tickets can't be just renewed online, but I've just phoned the ticket office and got my 2 renewals sorted in about a minute, also got an instant receipt by email. Lovely stuff.
Sam779
It is aimed at renewals as well. The extract is from an article on the site today.
