Beholder
Kirkland 7 - Didn't have a save to make as far as I remember. Buxton 7 - One of our better performers. Usual consistency- was able to nullify zigic when ever he was called to do so. Llera 8 - Such a committed player, we need to get hime signed up for another contract asap. His will to win inspires those around him. Made several game saving tackles. Taylor 6 - looked shaky and lacking confidence 1st half. 2nd half better. No nonsense stuff. Ball fell to him in their box and he dribbled it out of play. doh. Pugh 6 - His one big plus point- his set pieces were not so good today. Didn't clear the first man several times. Apart from that steady, unspectacular. we need Reda back. Helan 6 - Decent game. Although the the partnership with Pugh doesn't really work like it does with Reda. Pugh doesn't really bomb forward so there is not really any need for a defensive type to cover. Coke 8 Genuine class this lad. so comfortable on the ball. Can control any ball aimed at him and find a very nice pass. Our best player- again. Prutton 7 Solid- put a good shift in. Some quality interceptions and strength and will to win. Antonio- 4 Dreadful. Everything he did went wrong. Doesn't concentrate and seems totally unaware of what is going on around him sometimes. He should be dropped, I don't understand how he stays on the pitch 90 minutes every game. Lita 6 Service to him wasn't up to much but he was shooting wildly from distance which was a bit hypocrytical esp as he admonished antonio for it. Wickham 6 Quiet. Went missing. Some little flashes of something but less of an impact than his last game. He likes to shoot though which bodes well. Subs JJ- 7 one of his better performances. His shooting seems on the money as well. Drop antonio for him next game ( it won't happen) Madine 6 Did ok. Put himself about but not much came of it We were poor 1st half. Defense ragged without Gards. Attacking wise we were wasteful and looked like we have gone back 2 months. Jones needs to put Lee back into the team. We are missing him. Antonio and Helan give us pace but we just look one dimensional and don't link up so well. Edited February 19, 2013 by Beholder

Guest Hola Tidman
Taylor was our MOM, Antonio had a shocker, nobody else really stood out
B.A Baracus
Kirkland - 6 - steady Buxton - 6 - steady Llera - 6 - steady Taylor - 8 MOTM - very good Pugh - 6 - steady Antonio - 3 - woeful except that freekick where Madine missed sitter. Should've been subbed first. Prutton - 6 - steady Coke - 6 - steady Helan - 5 - not his best game Lita - 5 - didn't get close enough to wickhams flicks. Should've shot with his 1 main chance. Wickham - 7 - looks very threatening and overall decent. Wouldn't have subbed him. JJ - 7 - Scared the poo out of them. Madine - 5 - missed an absolute sitter. Harder to miss than score. DJMortimer
JJ's shooting was on the money!? His last attempt ended up near the back of the stand. To be fair to him though, he scared them several times with his running ability. You're right about Antonio - it just didn't work for him tonight. Taylor didn't start well but he grew in confidence and showed a couple of skillful touches for such a big unit.
senwar
It is funny how opinions can be so different. Thought Buxton and Llera were poor myself. Our passing was appalling all night too. Not saying I'm right and you're wrong just saying opinions are a strange thing aren't they. Don't think Madine was on long enough to give a rating. Agree re Antonio though. Needs a rest big time - and agree re Lee.
SallyCinnamon
I know it's hard to criticise Antonio when he has been scoring and creating, but these past couple of months he has looked poor, he really has.

He deserved a rating for that, it was w@nk mate. And I'm a big Madine fan. Edited February 19, 2013 by B.A Baracus

If it was going in, then it makes the miss even feckin worse - cos it was a sitter.

I'm 99% sure it would've curled into the corner if he missed it and so did the two others (Taylor was one). 2 yards out, under the bar and he somehow headed it wide/over. Awful. DuncOwl
Llera went missing so many times it was untrue. Taylor had to cover him too many times. The thing about people that don't understand football is they see the commitment of certain players, but not the football-sense of others. I like llera as long as he concentrates on defending. Unfortunately this will never happen, and others have to cover him. Taylor did a good job of this, and our tactics sorted the rest.
DuncOwl
By the way, Coke was invisible, as was the rest of both central midfields. The best player by a mile was Burke Edited February 19, 2013 by DuncOwl
DJMortimer
The best player by a mile was Burke I thought he was easily their most dangerous player but I wanted to chin him for all the diving he was doing.
Beholder
By the way, Coke was invisible, as was the rest of both central midfields. The best player by a mile was Burke Coke got on the ball quite alot and everything he did was spot on. But i am an admirer of him so that could make me biased. Cheshowl
Can't criticise too much because it's another point away from home but we were poor tonight. The amount of stray passes and wrong decisions made whilst attacking was unbelievable. Thought Taylor and liera had decent games though, liera made a couple of decent tackles/blocks that saved the point for us. Taylor played well but doesn't deserve all the people creaming over him on twitter, i think it was just a surprise to see him play well. As others have mentioned Antonio was dire tonight. He did everything required of him. But he didn't boss the midfield, and it was a very poor midfield. I will always judge a central midfielder on how they commanded their area. Coke didn't. Prutton, well, did he play? And their midfield wasn't there either... So coke, for me didn't do what he should've. For the record, I like coke. Ooo errr
