KivoOwl
Kirkland - 7 Buxton - 7 Llera - 8 Gardner - 8 Pugh - 7 Lee - 7 Prutton - 7 Coke - 8 Helan - 7 Antonio - 8 Lita - 8 Llera hoofed it an awful lot, but was superb defensively. Gardner was solid as usual. Pugh was steady but his corners always hit the spot. Wasn't Helan's best game but still good to see him back. Coke was just immense, amazing turnaround in fortunes. Antonio was quiet but his left foot cross for Lita was superb. Lita himself was terrific - his movement is second to none.
Guest Big Guns
I think Lleras been told to hoof it away more and he's,looking better for it Think for once I agree with them ratings maybe lee should be

Renton
An excellent performance all round...... Kirkland - 7 Buxton - 7 Llera - 7 Gardner- 8 Pugh - 8 Lee - 8 Prutton - 7 Coke - 8 Helan - 6 Antonio - 8 Lita - 9 As said above, Lita's all-round game was superb....a couple of times he got to places where a simple pass would've given him an excellent opportunity. I'm a big Helan fan but didn't happen for him yesterday, glad that Jones agreed and brought him off......overall a 9 performance. Work off the ball was the best its been all season.... dawkeye
I think Lleras been told to hoof it away more and he's,looking better for it Think for once I agree with them ratings maybe lee should be 8 I agree with the Llera being coached to boot it more - he was getting caught trying to be clever a lot previously, and there were a couple of occasions in the first half yesterday he just smashed it clear into the North Stand rather than trying to run back into his own box. Better to do that than get tackled in your own box.
LiamK2292
Kirkland: 7 - Only had one save to make.Buxton - 6.5 - Was at fault for the goal conceded.Llera: 7.5 - Solid.Gardner: 7.5 - Consistent as always.Pugh: 8 - Great performance. Hardly wasted the ball.Lee: 7.5 - Worked really hard, especially with Buxton on the same side as him. Great combination.Prutton: 7 - Very tidy in midfield.Coke: 8 - Another solid showing, was very energetic.Helan - 7 - Great to see him back.Antonio: 7.5 - Was always a constant threat.Lita: 8 - Was also energetic. Got a little lucky with the goal but we'll take that whenever they come. Subs: Madine (for Helan): N/A - Not enough time to register a rating. Semedo (for Lita): N/A - Not enough time to register a rating. On paper, this was probably our toughest fixture of the month and we won the game pretty comfortably. Brighton are one of the best teams in this division to be fair and can't be compared to the reverse game at the Amex back in September. Long may this run continue. Jackie Sewell
I think Lleras been told to hoof it away more and he's,looking better for it Think for once I agree with them ratings maybe lee should be 8 I think to be fair Llera usually looks to pass it first, usually to Buxton or Gardner but if everybody is marked he'll take the longer option, and if he's under pressure himself he'll just smash it which is fair enough. For me he plays enough quality long balls in a game anyway.

coreyswfc
Nope, tell Nigel Pearson that If Llera has someone in space to receive the ball, im confident he would take that route.
Swiss Toni
We haven't really got a play-maker in midfield to drop deep and confidently collect the ball off Llera. I'm happy for hm to lump it long and into the corners if need be. The likes of Lita and Antonio have the strength, power and pace to scrap for the ball. DeeeeeJ
Coke MOTM for me today. Was outstanding, a machine and like a new signing in midfield. Never stopped and can run all day. Why he hasn't been playing I don't know, but he looks brilliant.
