Random Task
Pugh can play in central midfield. Would probably take Prutton's place if true
WayneTheOwl
what's that photo? i don't get it.. Assume its the meter ticking for the 24 hour clock which the OP stated he would be signing within.
townend_owl
Think Pugh would be a great squad player regardless of other additions or not. Gives us a more conservative option for the left if required

BRADDAZ
Why would it make Pugh redundant? He would offer cover LW, CM & LB. Although Prutton & Coke are doing well, there recent careers show that they do lose form. Pugh is ideal. Reda's injury record isn't great. Doesn't make him redundant at all. TheEnchanter
Exactly. Signing Helan doesn't mean Pugh is no use to us - what a ridiculous statement. I just considered Pugh to be consolation to the fact that we wouldn't re-sign Jeremy Helan. That's what DJ said anyway, that Pugh had come in for Helan. Maybe things have changed since? Beholder
Exactly. Signing Helan doesn't mean Pugh is no use to us - what a ridiculous statement. Ridiculous statement? Not really. He (pugh) was signed specifically to come in on that left hand side.
B.A Baracus
yes but I just considered that signing of Pugh to be consolation to the fact that we wouldn't re-sign Jeremy Helan. That's what DJ said anyway, that Pugh had come in for Helan. Maybe things have changed since? Our squad is hardly full of world beaters. Both players are very much welcomed into it. It's not a case of 1 or the other.
gurujuan
We aren't well blessed with left sided midfield players so signing Helan and Pugh isn't exactly an extravagance
