eckington owl
I've read a few comments from Hull fans about our smaller than usual numbers yesterday, I was expecting the home ends to be sold out with 3 points being a formality for them. What was the attendance again?........

Inspector Lestrade
Think we have to admit number wise it was a poor turnout, but they made up for it in vocal support, could hear them throughout the game.

Mr. Chow
Having it on sky doesn't help where you can stay warm in a pub and te booze is a hell lot cheaper than in the stadium. So it's not surprising that us both not selling out

Guest doni wednesday
THATS RIGHT we were 22nd in the league match on tele and we still took enough fans to make an impact
H2Owl
They were bad at Hillsborough too. I see it as similar to 'short mans syndrome'. They're crying out for rivalry of any kind because they don't currently have one. i just watched the highlights on bbc iplayer and when they take that pen the fans behind the goal are sitting down. Sitting down while your team has/takes a penalty = tinpot.
senwar
Have to say it was a great atmosphere at the game last night. Some of our away trips have been disappointing this season for atmosphere, but from start to finish, it was pretty good.

Guest Notts Owl
I was at the match, great support & made a lot of noise. Watched the game back & noticed that during one of our songs Sky reduced the volume of the mike near our supporters! Probably due to obscene language directed at our near neighbours! A guy in front of me spent all the first half facing to the left and largeing it at the Hull fans - I reckon he missed Reda's goal at the far end

Seems a total waste of money.
bryan1966
Really wasn't looking forward to yesterday at all, but after a few beers in the Brickies saw best performance I've seen this year and the best atmosphere amongst Wednesday fans. Stood behind the goal not the left however.
