Bahrain Owl
Pope might be badly - but post on BBC transfer news that David Moyes is unsure whether to allow Ross back to us on loan again. Should we send the boys around?
trev
Id love him back. Yes yes I know he doesnt suit 442 etc etc. But the lad is class.
Blueblood
I bet young Ross has pleaded with him not to send him. I can just imagine the convo. RB, " please boss, don't make me in back there" DM, " but Ross it's very good experience for you" RB, "yeah but they're crap and their fans boo all the time" DM, "alright lad, I'll think about it"

Bahrain Owl
From what i saw of him, I agree he looked very good. Booing any player should be forbidden.
gurujuan
Well if we get a sharper front line then we might get more out of him were he to return Think Blackburn have asked about him

One of his first games at Hillsborough with some very frustrated fans that day...and it says a lot about his confidence and character that he ignored all of that and A) took the penalty and B) scored it. Made of the right stuff I reckon.

He's just not the right fit at the moment.
BenitoCarbone
Not what we need. Seriously? I agree a striker, and probably a CB, is even more needed. But a player who is way better than both our CM's at the moment must be of some use?

But a player who is way better than both our CM's at the moment must be of some use? There are many threads on him and can't be arsed going over it all again. Yes he has alot of ability but our circumstances mean we need more than a young lad who has not properly learned the game yet. esp in the middle of the park. His inclusion reduces our team play off the ball. His forward play does not compensate and he ends up playing far too deep.
fife_owl
A fabulous prospect - but Jones would move us back to 4-5-1 to accommodate him - it didn't work did it?
gurujuan
With an experienced leader alongside him he might be different. Not sure we changed the system just to suit him and I hope we never play with two out and out wingers again
liam greeny
Seen as he scored 4 goals for us in his short spell, and goals are what we need yes please! He was absolutely class away at Ipswich. Everything went through him. Maybe the lad doesn't suit 4-4-2 but he will create more from midfield than any of our centre midfielders.
Beholder
I don't think Jones will be busting a good to try and get him back. Just my opinion.
