jayzman
For me, the big point of the day wasn't the starting line up, it was this. When we go one down, and the lumping forward is both struggling for form and fitness, do you: A bring on your big, hungry centre forward who is desperate for a goal B bring on your pacy forward and play two speed merchants up front C bring on both, by taking on one of the four defensive midfielders or D bring on your least fast, least dangerous forward player who's main use is closing a winning game out? I would think about who is more likely to get you a goal back and common sense would say the leading goalscorer. I believe that would be O'Grady. And this somes up our season so far. To have this as our most lethal striking option is nothing short of a disaster.

Yes, but who was he playing with when he scored his goals? Pretty sure it was another big striker, mopping up the knock downs usually. Who is our pacey forward? JJ. Stretching a point I guess.
