@owlstalk
The usual Christmas message argument kicked off on here (actually it's only Kivo who usually has an issue) when the club issued it's message from Reverend Pete So I thought I'd grab a few words with him to illuminate you all on the help he provides to players and supporters at SWFC Here's the Reverend telling us a little bit about what he does around the club Owlstalk Shop

Blueblood
I don't really see why anyone would have a problem with the club having a chaplain. It's not my cup of tea, but each to their own

DamnedOwl
Religion in football - I don't agree with it. Proselytizing on the terraces I wouldn't agree with it, but I hardly think having a chaplaincy at the club constitutes religion in football. Guest
Why settle for a chaplain - I mean, couldn't we at least get a cardinal, or something?

Utah Owl
Why settle for a chaplain - I mean, couldn't we at least get a cardinal, or something? My favourite ever Cardinal was the one in charge of the Phillipines a generation ago. His name was Cardinal Sin! As far as having a club chaplain is concerned, nowt wrong wi' it! Mr Farrell
I always imagined the lead singer of the Makers to be taller than that. Fair play to him though for combining singing with ecclesiastical duties with the club.

Anthndav
Kivo... You do realise they have Chaplains in hospitals... (And some train stations too...). They don't ram it down anyones neck. But they are there if people want to call upon them.
