Mountain Owl
I believe he's out of work at the moment. What I don't understand is why Wednesday can't find a job coaching at one of the junior levels he has a lot to offer and he's an owl through and through. Some of the stuff you people put on here beggars belief, just because he talks a good game don't mean he can put it into practice. No wonder the pro's laugh at Fan's Forum's with Plant Pot's like you. Owl999
He was in charge of the youth team a while ago in the Sturrock / Laws days, he coached the likes of Beevers and Spurr.

I'd been led to believe he was very well respected at the club. No personal experience for myself of him as coach, of course, but still...
sonofbert2
He was a great player. Once saw him score two (or three) penalties against Colchester in the promotion season 79/80. I helped clear the pitch of snow that day and all the players signed my programme and Big Jack ruffled my hair.

Bit harsh that mate fwiw I think he deserves a chance somewhere too. Regards 'pros' laughing at fans' forums I think the ridiculous/obscene wages they get helps compensate their disdain

Guest JonTheOwl66
Completely agree. He is slightly biased towards us, but that only makes it that much better. Is he now a permanent fixture? Hopefully - he's far, far better than Brian Laws/Russ Wilcox etc.
