Alan Green - The Premiership is empty without Yorkshire

Recommended Posts

Think it was him anyway, saying that the Premiership is desperately missing a team/s from Yorkshire, he mentioned whether it's one of the Sheffield clubs, Leeds etc 'we need Yorkshire in the Premiership' - his own words, but how right is he? The London v North West has become just a bore to watch, that's why I find the championship more exciting these days.

The Premiership isn't the land of opportunity and wonderment.....

Look at QPR... all there money and they've been spanked every week!!

There must be at least 4 leagues in one.

No one has a right to be in the premiership .. that accolade needs to be earned on merit. yes money does play a large part in that. I'm enjoying Norwich's run just now. never been a fan of ANY London club and would love to see more Northern teams in there but, like I said, You gotta fight for it.

and that just in the premiership, and if you add on the Championship, leagues 1 and 2,then you basically have 7 leagues.

That argument doesn't make a lot of sense..every region should be represented in theory but that's not how it works, you have to earn your place and currently Yorkshire is making a bit of mess of its teams

I think he was more or less meaning that the Premiership have really missed a Yorkshire team in it, I understood him anyway.
